WATER LEAKAGE - DEFECTIVE WINDOWWater leakages account to the most complaints received on building defects. While the IR camera is instrumental in detecting where water coagulates within a structure, it is still not conclusive enough to pin-point as to where the actual defective part of the window. In this case, the obvious situation is the aluminum frame butted to the wall, possibly with weakened sealant that allows water to penetrate and sips into the wall, thus the leakages....
