6. For Joint Management Body (JMB) / Management Corporation (MC) of Stratified Properties: Building Condition (Common Property) Audit Inspection & Report
7. Thermographic Inspection

STANDARD INSPECTION FORMAT

Based on the standard inspection format of Systematic Visual Inspection ‘SVI’ of a property providing a condition analysis of the building including recommendations for remedies. The report is prepared according to:
​

1. The Malaysian Uniform Building By-Laws ‘UBBL’;
2. Standards and Tolerances to Construction Industry Standards CIS 7:2006 (CIDB);
3. Fire compliance design and specification in accordance to Institute Fire Engineer (IFE)  code of practices and
4. Other regulatory requirements of the relevant authorities, such as CONQUAS.. 
5. Thermographic Inspection Standard (USA)

EXCLUSION CLAUSE

The exclusions include:
​

1. Financial Planning of Cost for Maintenance, Repairs and Replacements;
2. Intrusive Structural Integrity Inspection such as, Opening up, pressure test, core test and other related intrusive-nature type inspections;
3. Physical Testing & Measuring of M&E equipment;
4. Providing Expert Witness for Dispute Resolutions (ADR) such as Mediation, Adjudication, Arbitration or Expert Determination.

DELIVERABLES

Deliverable is a production of the Inspection Report, not subjected to be relied on in any legal recourse, not otherwise, the appointment of the Expert Witness is required to interpret the report or to include such findings into his own, Expert Opinion. 

PROCESSES

Step 01: Call to book an inspection
Step 02: Make Appointment to conduct the Inspection
Step 03: Production of the Report, usually 14 days from the completion of the inspection.
