XUANKONG 3 SCRIPTS ​玄空三诀

XuanKong Three Scripts 玄空三诀 summarize the three important factors of doing FengShui based on XuanKong 玄空. Different schools may call these scripts differently, but ultimately they are pointing to the same aspect of doing FengShui. It is used to be known as the three ancient oral transmitted scripts 三個古訣. There are many interpretation to these scripts, many beholding such as the top secrets. In some schools, these had been further expended to six, giving birth to the Six Methods of XuanKong or LiuFa. These scripts also generally shared among schools outside SanYuan such as SanHe. Generally the Three Scripts are: -

1. HARBORING STAR SCRIPT 安星訣
2. ARRANGING THE DRAGON SCRIPT 排龍訣
3. RECEIVING YIN PUSHING SHA SCRIPT 收山出煞訣

WHERE IT COMES FROM?

These scripts are made known by the so-called lineage holder of ZhongZhou Pai 中州派. Please do not get confused with SuZhou Pai 蘇州派. They are entirely different thing (read HERE for details). ZhongZhou Pai 中州派 was claimed to be a less known school of XuanKong based on its principle of One Teacher, One Student, 一师一徒. It was only made known by Wang TingZhi 王亭之 via his writing ZhongZhou Pai XuanKong School 中州派玄空学. He claimed that as he has made enough fortune to retire into “Shangrila”, he no longer needs to practice this exoteric knowledge thus he decided to disclose them via his writing. It may also mean, this method may not be really reliable and therefore can be disclosed to others… Being a renaissance man, Wang TingZhi 王亭之 professed many talents ranging from FengShui, ZiWei DouShu, food critiques, linguist, tea connoisseur to Tibetan Buddhist Master.  Having such illustrious profile also made him an outspoken provocateur to many areas of Chinese Metaphysics especially FengShui, with equal amounts of brickbats as well.  He owes such knowledge to his lineage master from Taiwan, famed for his skill in ZiWei DouShu, having also to say that without ZiWei, there is no ZhongZhou Pai 中州派.

ZHONGZHOU PAI 中州派

​中州亦即是洛阳，洛阳是中国最古老的首都，亦是本派的发源地。中州派玄空风水学则发源于汉代，有近二千年历史。风水的原理于周代时已开始确立，到晋代时，风水学有很大的发展，郭璞便是本派于晋代的一位很出名的祖师。直到唐代，甚至有一百二十家假玄空的出现，局面亦变得非常复杂混乱。在唐代，出现了很多著名的地师，如杨筠松，曾求己，都是本门的祖师。中州派一向不为人知，那是因为前代祖师严格遵守每代一师一徒的传承，而且很少公开服务，亦不以此为正业，于是便等于怀宝自秘。至明清之际，蒋大鸿出，蒋氏得无极子真传，于是玄空之学大盛，然蒋氏着意守秘，恐遭天谴，故对门人弟子亦守秘密，可谓无人得窥全豹。清初玄空六大派，不过各拾其余绪，以一己之意加以发挥而已。蒋氏亦非得无极子直接传授，不过偶得其秘钞、苦心钻研。据中州派说，则谓此道口口相传，代传一人，故蒋氏可视为本派别支。

​ZhongZhou this name is (from) LuoYang, being the oldest capital of China, also the original birth place of this school. ZhongZhou Pai XuanKong FengShui School begins in the Han period, having at least 2000 years of history. FengShui school of thought begins from the Zhou period, until today has huge development. GuoPu the school originator and the famous founder of this school. Right up to Tang period, has 120 families of XuanKong school existed. Thus, there are tend to be many confusions. In this Tang period, there are plenty of famous FengShui masters. Yang YunSong and Zheng QuiJi are among them the early patriarch of this school. ZhongZhou Pai all this while remains unknown, as the previous master has put in order the one master one student policy, and they do not disclose their practices, in regards to their profession and safely guarded as jewel their secrets. Between Ming and Qing period, came Jiang DaHung having receive true transmission from WuJi Zi, propagated XuanKong to the masses, yet refuse to disclose its secret afraid of the punishment from Heaven, also confined his students to do the same. Nobody could able to have the entire picture, thus established XuanKong six schools, each having their own sets of knowledge, propagated themselves. Jiang having receive true transmission from WuJi Zi, distilled only the mysterious, painstakingly research in-depth. According to ZhongZhou Pai, this knowledge is only passed down orally to only one person. Jiang is the original founder of this school.

THE FIRST SCRIPT

​HARBORING STAR SCRIPT 安星訣

​中州派安星訣分下卦安星與替卦安星。下卦安星法即與《沈氏玄空學》同。此法以由沈氏公開，習玄空者皆知，以非屬秘密。而《沈氏玄空學》內的替卦方法王亭之認為有誤。

​ZhongZhou Pai Harboring Star 安星 is divided into Placing Gua 下卦 and Replacement Gua 替卦. Placing Gua methodology is similar to Shen School 沈氏玄空學 prescription, as disclosed by him.  Being commonly known as XuanKong Flying Star XKFX and not a secret anymore. Yet Shen’s School 沈氏玄空學 internal method of replacement Gua, Wang TingZhi 王亭之 is of the opinion that it is completely erroneous. 

COMMENTARY ON HARBORING STAR 

The term 下卦 is aptly more appropriate to mean Placing Gua instead of Lower Gua, as in a game of chess, 下 means to place. By the same token, before one can be Placing Gua 下卦 or making the first move, one has to lift a Gua or called Lifting Gua 兼卦. Analogically speaking, it is like lifting a chess piece and placing it in the appropriate grid thus first to lift a Gua 兼卦 then to place a Gua 下卦.

Both these processes of to lift a Gua 兼卦 then to place a Gua 下卦, by some other terminology means, a star is taking a vector flight with a point of departure and another point of arrival. Collectively, it can also be construed as a number of origination and a number of completion, one Yin and one Yang. Postulations of these sorts may lead to various interpretations and applications.

The term Harboring Star 安星 analogically speaking may means to find a home (palace) for the star to reside, just like a boat that may need to be harbored 安. Collectively Harboring Star 安星 means the natal chart of the Flying Star or the LoShu grid. Basically there are 2 ways to harbor the star, one being the conventional Placing Gua 下卦 while the other unconventional Replacement Gua 替卦.

In a more general terms, Harboring Star 安星 is a mean to identify the Qi Map of a given location. By the same token it is to identify areas of growth, prosperous, weakening, death and killing based on the structure and formation of the land. Such include identifying incoming and outgoing of water.

​REPLACEMENT STAR 替卦

​現將中州派所傳替星口訣完整收錄於下。
​
替星只用十三星，　
卻用貪狼配甲申。
用替巨門壬卯乙，　
醜艮丙山替破軍。
巽卦三山皆武曲，　
庚寅右弼兩星臨。
陽順陰逆隔一位，　
是為空位忌流神。
至於安星訣的用法，
在此不作詳述。

​First let’s look at the complete transmission of the ZhongZhou Pai replacement star.

Replacement Star thus uses 13 stars,
while use TangLang match JiaShen.
Use replacing JuMen with Ren Mao Yi,
Chou Gen Bing Mountain replace PoJun.
Xun Gua three mountains all WuQu,
GengYin YouBi both stars conjoin.
Yang forward Yin reverse separate one position,
is because empty position avoid flow god.
As for Harboring Star method,
​this do not orally repeat.

中州派所傳替卦口訣如下：
​
替星只用十三星，（替星只用到二十四山中的十三山，其他山兼向同下卦）

卻用貪狼配甲申。（甲、申二山用貪狼替，即用一入中飛動）

用替巨門壬卯乙，（壬、卯、乙三山用巨門替，即用二入中飛動）

醜艮丙山替破軍。（醜、艮、丙三山用破軍替，即用七入中飛動）

巽卦三山皆武曲，（巽、巳、辰三山用武曲替，即用六入中飛動）

庚寅右弼兩星臨。（庚、寅二山用右弼替，即用九入中飛動）

ZhongZhou Pai replacement method is defined as the following: -

Replacement Star thus use 13 Mountains out of the 24. Other mountain facings are the same as the common Placing Gua method.

Jia and Shen use TangLang as replacement. Therefore 1 enters the central palace to complete the flight path.

Ren, Mao and Yi, three mountains use JuMen as replacement. Therefore 2 enters the central palace to complete the flight path.

Chou, Gen and Bing three mountains use PoJun as replacement. Therefore 7 enters the central palace to complete the flight path.

Xun, Si and Chen three mountains use WuQu as replacement. Therefore 6 enters the central palace to complete the flight path.

​Geng and Yin use YouBi as replacement. Therefore 9 enters the central palace to complete the flight path.

​二十四山中用替的十三山向是甲山、申山、壬山、卯山、乙山、艮山、醜山、丙山、巽山、辰山、巳山、庚山、寅山。還有十一山向不用替，兼卦起法與下卦同，這十一山向是子山、癸山、寅山、午山、丁山、未山、坤山、辛山、酉山、戌山、乾山、壬山起兼卦方法同下卦，直接用運星入中飛動！

​Within the 24 mountains, the 13 mountains that uses replacement stars are Jia, Shen, Ren, Mao, Yi, Gen, Chou, Bing, Xun, Chen, Si, Geng and Yin. The leftover 11 mountains do not require replacement stars. The method of arising Gua for these are the same as using the method of Placing Gua. These 11 mountains are Zi, Gui, Yin, Wu, Ding, Wei, Kun, Xin, You, Xu and Qian. These mountains use the Lifting Gua by direct use of the Period number entering central palace and complete the flight path [Note: this is the so called common Placing Gua method]!

COMMENTARY

​APPLICATION OF REPLACEMENT STAR 替星用法歸納

​一卦宮中，人、天元龍總是同陰陽的，而同一卦宮中的天、地元龍總是陰陽相反的。又每宮的三元龍陰陽情況總是與相鄰的卦宮三元龍相反。替星用法歸納：定好坐向，按中宮立極起好運盤，看坐向度數是否超過每山正中九度外，用以確定是兼向是否要用替星。先按下卦的起法先求出坐向元龍與運盤上卦宮相對應元龍在二十四山中屬哪一山。然後根據上文口訣去替換元龍，有替則替，無替則下卦同。最後根據原局即起下卦元龍的陰陽飛動，不可以用替換後的山向陰陽去決定順飛還是逆飛。

​A single Gua sector may comprise of the Human and Heaven Yuan Dragon for which they are of the same YinYang but Heaven and Earth Yuan Dragon may have the opposite YinYang instead. Therefore, these three Yuan Dragon’s YinYang may have different situation that may require mitigation. This mitigation is via Replacement Star method. When sitting and facing has been established, placing star takes position by direct use of the Prosperous star (Period Number?) entering central palace and complete the natal chart. Investigate if the sitting or facing degree has deviated from the central needle 9 degree mark. If that is the case, a replacement star may be require by first, establish placing Gua lifting method by initially observing what is the sitting or facing Yuan Dragon, that within the Period (Luck) has the interaction between Gua/Star and Palace. This Yuan Dragon belongs to which 24 mountains. Then only base on the oral transmission poem to replace the Yuan Dragon accordingly. Have replacement must be replaced, no replacement just use the same placing Gua. Lastly, follow the default pattern to placing star following the Yuan Dragon’s YinYang flight forward/reverse. Cannot use replacement to change the sitting or facing YinYang then to determine flight forward/reverse.

THE SECOND SCRIPT

ARRANGING THE DRAGON SCRIPT 排龍訣

ARRANGING DRAGON SITTING FACING - 排龍與山、向

​中州派最重要的一訣就是排龍訣。排龍訣是屬先天，而立向是屬後天。先天為陽，後天為陰。所以玄空風水要求便是陰陽相應。在此要申明一點，在玄空風水中一般都把星盤的向盤作為財祿，而把山星作為人丁來看。

​ZhongZhou Pai most important script is the PaiLong Jue. PaiLong Jue basis is the Early Heaven and establish facing is Later Heaven. Early Heaven as Yang and Later Heaven as Yin. That is why XuanKong require not only YinYang mutually response. Here it needs to clarify, Most XuanKong took Facing Star as Wealth Star. Mountain Star governs Human factor. 

​據中州派所傳山星並非全主人丁，而真正關健管人丁興敗的是排龍訣。而後天的星盤是管財祿。若排至凶龍，就算後天立向得旺山旺向，室外形巒配合的再好。一待運退必有凶敗之事發生。因今人重財，若用後天星盤立向尚非全錯，但一不巧排至凶龍者，雖發財而人口亦不安穩，運退時朝富而夕貧者亦不在少數。難得象古人有一家數代不替而成家族。

​Based on ZhongZhou Pai transmission, mountain stars do not just govern human matters in relation to auspicious or inauspicious as these are governed by PaiLong Jue. Later Heaven star plate governs wealth and prosperity. When the dragon is arranged to arrive at a negative star, although establishing facing may tap into prosperous sitting and facing, they are influenced by external forms arrangement. Once the prosperous period expired, sure mishap may occur. Current situation most people emphasise on wealth. Use Later Heaven star plate to establish facing are all not entirely mistaken. But once mistakenly arrange inauspicious dragon although prosperous but human factors decline. Period retreat is the moment morning brings wealth dusk brings poverty without knowing how much. Rarely liked the older generations has this family saying this generation cannot replace and form a family.

​但山星在後天星盤中並非全管人丁，但其主管是何？關於此點可以用一比喻來形容。山星是靜而不動，可以比喻成一個人的內臟，而水星動而不靜可以喻為血管。若水星生旺，則血管必為通暢，輸血及輸送營養之功能齊全，但山星衰敗，則內臟不良，縱有最好的營養亦不能吸收。所山星的作用主要是用來收氣，藏氣。其功能便是藏風聚氣。故山星生旺能藏住陽宅之氣，若衰弱則收不住氣，關健還是看藏或散是何氣？生氣還是死氣？此則山星在星盤中之用。所以在布房時要用山星之生旺星（以先視地全局之星盤如何分佈），通道要用水星之生旺星曜（以私室之星盤論之），其目的就在於把生旺之氣流通至能藏風聚氣的房間，這樣人丁才能興旺，財運才會更佳。

​But mountain star comes Later Heaven star plate within not entirely controls human factor, yet what does it controls? Regarding this can use one as comparison. Mountain star can be construed as stillness yet non-moving. Can compared to a person’s internal organs. Water stars moving and non-stillness are comparison to blood veins. If water stars prosperous meaning blood veins are not obstructed. Blood transfusion being able to transport nutrients complete its task. But is mountain stars weakened and defeated thus internal organs not functioning. Given the best nutrient it also cannot absorbs. Thus the use of mountain stars are to collect Qi, ride Qi. Not entirely to collect wind and to congregate Qi. Mountain Qi that is in prosperous and growth are enable to ride Yang house Qi. Weakening may only receive insufficient Qi. The critical point is to look at the ability to ride or disperse Qi? Growing or death Qi? These are mountain stars within star plate to use. Therefore in divining must use mountain stars that is prosperous and growth. (First look at overall land formation star plate assigned), same time use water stars growth and prosperous heavenly abodes, (meaning is that of star plate described thus). This objective is to have growth and prosperous Qi flow unobstructed enable Qi to be barricade wind and receive Qi for the room. That way human factor can only prosperous. Wealth luck can only increase.

​而排龍訣則為一地之本質，若用比喻來言，如一塊玉的先天（排龍）本質較好，所以可以通過後天（立向）的雕磨而成器。若此玉先天本質以不佳，縱經後天的雕磨裝飾後看上去是塊美玉，但時間一長又退回其本色，終成不了大器。

​This PaiLong Jue is the essence of the Land. Its usage is as what is said. As though a piece of jade’s innate [Early Heaven], (PaiLong) true nature is flawless, thus enable to get by later [Later Heaven] (establish facing) liked being carved and grind to become worthy. If this piece of jade innate [Later Heaven] true nature is flaw, later attempt [Later Heaven] to carve and to grind as to decorate a lump of fine jade, with a long period of time, return thus its true colour. Cannot make it become worthy.

先天排龍訣管人丁到底與後天的山盤管人丁到底有何區別？二者影響範圍不同。若為陰宅而論，山盤上山星下水及有不良形巒影響時此時會影響此山星星曜所應的克應，如七運山星七赤下水，則不利小女小房，如形巒不良則會出伶妓等克應，所以後天的山星犯凶時影響丁星的局面較小。但若整個陰宅全排到凶龍，如七運排至祿存龍，則會影響到此陰宅所有的子孫後代都不興旺，更要視後天星盤的形巒是否相配，若形巒兼顧當運不敗，運退後必敗；若後天星盤上山下水形理互背，則此家族當運必敗，影響到全家之人。陽宅亦是同理，山星局面小，排龍福禍所系此宅之全部之人，但具體吉凶仍需要以後的形巒是否相顧來引動。

​Early Heaven arranging the dragon controls human factors compared to Later Heaven mountain plate controls human factors, any difference? Both scopes of influences different. Taking Yin abode as discussion, mountain plate up mountain star down water and confront with broken features influence will only be of the mountain star. Star brightness actually response or being in control, like period 7 mountain star 7 red down water, inauspicious for youngest daughter or youngest mistress, if accompany by broken forms will produce slew actress and prostitute class people, being in control. That is why Later Heaven mountain star not entirely inauspicious for the reason influencing the star that controls human factor aspect is little. If the entire row of Yin abode fronting broken dragon, as period 7 arrange LuChun dragon this will influence the entire later generation not being prosperous. Moreover, must Later Heaven star plate landform feature must match. If the landform feature for the current period not defeated, period retreat sure defeated. If Later Heaven star plate up mountain down river not conform to landform and formula, this is the whole family current period sure defeat. Effecting everyone. Same applied to Yang abode. Mountain star aspect small. Arranging dragon auspicious or otherwise affecting everyone within the household. When define auspicious or otherwise still require after landform inspection seeing features if it mutually comes and moves.   ​

ARRANGING DRAGON ORAL TRANSMISSION METHOD OF ARRANGEMENT ​排龍口訣及推排法

​在未說口訣及用法前，我們有必要先瞭解一下與排龍訣有關的知識。在此先來講述三個概念。然後在講口訣及用法。

​Before attempting to explain the usage of the arranging the dragon method, we must understand some aspect of arranging the dragon. First let’s explain the 3 concepts then only talk about the usage of the oral transmission. 

​排龍所用的宮位共有十二宮。即子宮、醜宮、寅宮至亥宮，總計十二個宮位。同時這十二個宮位也對應手上起掌盤法，此法學員都應知道，在此不作詳論。排龍十二宮其中每一宮位內共有二山，共成二十四山。十二宮其分佈如下。

​Arranging the dragon actually uses the palace position is actually 12 positions such as Zi, Chou, Yin to Hai, altogether 12 positions. These 12 palaces can be reflected upon the palm. Palm method students already know. Therefore not going to explain further. Arranging dragon each palace comprises of 2 mountains, total 24 mountains. 12 palaces as the followings, arranging dragons 12 palaces has:

​Zi palace within has Zi, Gui.  
Chou palace within has Chou, Gen.
Yin palace within has Yin, Jia.
Mao palace within has Mao, Yi.
Chen palace within has Chen, Xun.
Si palace within has Si, Bing.
Wu palace within has Wu, Ding.
Wei palace within has Wei, Kun.
Shen palace within has Shen, Geng.
You palace within has You, Xin.
Xu palace within has Xu, Qian.
Hai palace within has Hai, Ren.

​如仔細而看，其實這十二宮記憶方法相當簡單，只要略學過四柱的讀者，一看即可知記憶方法，具體來言十二宮，除藏本宮地支外，四正及四孟山向內藏的是地支的所藏之氣，如子中藏癸，寅中藏甲。而四墓地所藏則須記憶即四個卦象。

​Observe closely, these 12 palaces method seems easy, to BaZi practitioners, one look may understand well. Speaking about these 12 palaces, further elaboration of these stem branch, where the 4 cardinals and 4 stables are of sitting or facing comprises within are earthly branches’ Qi, as if Zi within comprises Gui and Yin within comprises Jia. Then the 4 graves comprises within must remember are the 4 Gua imageries.  

ARRANGING THE DRAGON 24 MOUNTAINS YINYANG ​ 排龍二十四山陰陽

​在後天立向中二十四山之陰陽在以前的章節裏我們以經學過，在此不作論述。因排龍屬先天，所以二十四山陰陽與後天飛星有所不同。此先天二十四山陰陽屬極大的秘密，而且是以陰順陽逆的來行宮度位，此為秘中之秘。在先天排龍中的陰陽是以十二地支的山向為陰。其餘八幹四維為陽。現將二十四山陰陽列於下。

​Here Later Heaven facing position within 24 mountains YinYang has been discussed previously. We will not repeat. Arranging the dragon basis is Early Heaven. Therefore, 24 mountains YinYang base on Later Heaven Flying Stars are different. 24 mountains Early Heaven YinYang has big secrets. Not only because of Yin forward Yang reverse flow through the palaces positions, these are but secrets within secrets. In the Early Heaven arranging dragon YinYang within 12 earthly branches sitting and facing as Yin. 8 stems with 4 ordinal Gua as Yang. First take 24 mountains YinYang to arrange:

以上便為排龍訣中二十四山陰陽及順逆法則。

​These are the arranging the dragon YinYang forward reverse cycle rules.

SIMPLE ARRANGING THE DRAGON AND WATER MOUTH 淺談排龍與水口

​排龍訣運用的方法是以陽宅之中心點與宅相近且對此宅影響最大的水口（若為僻路則另取）的位來確定來龍。具體來言是在宅之中心點上，用羅盤對準水口來量度。靠人這端經線所壓之字即為來龍，靠水口方位經線所壓之字便為來水。是故在先天來龍與來水是一對，在後天坐向與向首又是一對，此二者有別，不可混淆。

​而玄空中水口的概念又指的是什麼呢？其實水口從廣義的範圍來言指的是以下幾種情況。
十字路口
丁字路口
大路轉入小路口
三叉路口（不規則的丁字路口）
下麵就來講解排龍訣的用法。

​Arranging the dragon script method take the Yang abode’s central point as a datum/reference and the nearest water mouth as the most impacted (may take road or lowest point as substitute) as a position too to determine incoming dragon. More important is to stress the reference point as the central space within the enclosure of the abode. Use LuoPan to measure correctly at the water mouth. Determine the incoming dragon, based on the water mouth determine the incoming water. See if incoming dragon and incoming water from Early Heaven are the same. In Later Heaven sitting facing where facing incoming has a pair but both different. Do not confuse.


XuanKong water mouth means what? Water mouth in a broader sense are concentrated circumstances. Such as
cross junction,
T junction,
huge road,
service road,
3 prone road, (any forms of junctions)
​faces thereof are arranging the dragon usage.  

ARRANGING THE DRAGON SCRIPT ORAL TRANSMISSION 排龍訣口訣

​龍對山山起破軍，
破軍順逆兩頭分。
右廉破武貪狼位，
疊疊挨加破左文。
破巨祿存星十二，
七凶五吉定乾坤。
支兼幹出真龍貴，
須從入首認其真。
此訣一共分四句，

​Dragon with mountain mountain raise PoJun,
PoJun forward reverse two heads divide.
Has LianZhen, PoJun, WuQu, TangLang positions,
Fold fold lean add PoJun, ZuoFu, WenQu.
PoJun, LuChun star 12,
Seven calamity Five auspicious establish Qian Kun.
Branch holds Stem flushes actual dragon nobility,

下面就來逐一解釋！

第一句“龍對山山起破軍，破軍順逆兩頭分”此句是解釋排龍訣的起法。其意為以來龍相對之宮位起破軍龍。又以來龍之陰陽分陽逆陰順的法則行宮度位。如在上淺談排龍與水口一文內以說明以宅之中心對離宅最近之水口量度排龍，若羅盤經線所壓之字在人這邊即為來龍。舉一例來說明，若在某宅中心用對羅盤對準最近之水口，經線在靠人這邊所壓之字為子，此宅即為子山來龍，子山屬子宮，故要在對宮午宮內起破軍龍，又子山在先天排龍中為陰，陰順行，故午宮起破軍，而未宮起右弼，申宮起廉貞……至於何宮挨何星，是按照訣中後幾句星曜順序來推算。若羅盤所壓之字在人這邊為壬山，即為壬山來龍，壬山屬亥宮，故要在壬山所屬亥宮相對的巳宮起破軍龍，因壬山在先天內屬陽，陽逆飛，故巳宮起破軍龍，辰宮起右弼龍，卯宮起廉貞、寅宮起破軍……午宮起祿存。

第二句及第三句“右廉破武貪狼位，壘壘挨加破左文；破巨祿存星十二，七凶五吉定乾坤。”這二句是用來說明排龍訣順飛、逆飛時挨排星曜前後順序，及說明排龍訣中星曜的吉凶情況。
排龍訣中順飛逆飛時星曜的順序都是一致的，具體來言順序是如下排列的

As Ren Mountain in accordance to Early Heaven arranging dragon YinYang as Yang, Yang reverse cycle, Si palace takes PoJun and Chen palace takes YouBi, Mao palace takes LienZhen, Yin palace takes PoJun, Wu palace takes LuChun.

​Second clause of the three clauses, YouBi, LienZhen, PoJun, WuQu, TangLang position. Fold fold lean add PoJun, ZuoFu, WenQu. 一共是十二個星曜，但這十二個星曜裏以

1. 右弼、
2. 左輔、
3. 武曲、
4. 貪狼、
5. 巨門

為五吉。排龍若得此五龍為吉龍，主發福。若遇

1. 破軍、
2. 廉貞、
3. 文曲、
4. 祿存

為凶龍，因破軍在十二星曜中共出現四次，加上廉、文、祿一共是七，故言七凶。然即挨排到吉龍後又須觀其後天立向是否可以取用。是以吉龍所在之宮位內的二山為向首，按搬遷或裝修的年運立極飛星，看後天星盤是否可以取用。最佳的組合便是吉龍配旺山旺向，再得形巒配合，主發吉且可數運不替。若得吉龍而後天立向星盤犯上山下水，又形巒不合。亦不會發福。雖不至滅族，但必主不出貴人不利財運且尤其不利山星星曜卦象所對應的六親。
​
先天排龍與後天安星一陽一陰，當排至吉龍及後天形巒兼顧時則為陰陽相應，自可發福永久。在玄空排龍為體，而後天安星則為用，此二者吉凶應的具體運用可以掌握以下原則，先天排龍的吉凶完全要靠後天安星的形巒之背離來引動，而此中配合必需參考星、龍的旺衰而作判斷。舉一例來說明，七運之宅立癸山來龍，以癸山所屬子宮相對之宮之午宮起破軍龍，因癸山在先天屬陽，陽逆飛。在午宮為破軍龍，在巳宮為右弼龍，右弼為吉龍，可取用。在辰宮為廉貞龍。若此屋實際情況只允許在巳宮或午宮，辰宮內立向開門。因午宮及辰宮挨排俱得凶龍。固只可在巳宮內選向。 巳宮內有二山即巳山及丙山，先前以說過要以吉龍宮位裏二山為向，看其是否可取用。（又須配以巒頭作參考）。

This arrangement has auspicious dragon reaching Later Heaven landforms affections are but YinYang mutually correspond. That only prosperous forever. In XuanKong school dragon as body. Later Heaven harbouring star as application. These both corresponding auspicious or otherwise concept can be grasped following the principles. Early Heaven arranging dragon auspiciousness or calamity have to correspond to Later Heaven harbouring star landform to make use. Within these match require the star as the reference. Dragon’s prosperous or weakness as judgement.
For example, period 7 house established Gui mountain incoming dragon. Gui mountain correspond to Zi palace. Wu palace start as PoJun mountain. Gui mountain as Yang, reverse flight, Wu palace as PoJun, Wei palace as YouBi. YouBi is auspicious dragon – can use. Chen palace as LienZhen, seems in this situation a room can be located at Si or Wu. Chen palace establish facing to open door. From Wu to Chen palace leaning order inauspicious dragons, can also from within Si palace choose to face. Si palace has 2 mountains namely, Si and Bing. Auspicious dragon palace as principle the 2 mountains as facing. See if such can be used. Must also match with landform as determination. 

​觀此星盤雖非旺山旺向，但雙星會向，亦是七星打劫之局，屬吉局，只要向首見有情水路即為合局，可取用。

此上即是以吉龍而選向，以求先天後天配合而獲吉。若龍、山、向、水四者配合，便可數運而替。

先賢章仲山曾說過“氣有一定之氣，而無一定之用”及“地師只識地而不識天”二句皆言排龍之重要，一定之氣即是排龍之氣，無一定之用即是指並非旺山旺向的住宅皆能取用。若挨排至凶龍，後天旺山旺向亦是發凶。識地而不識天，更以說明地師只知後天立向，而不知先天排龍。由此可鑒排龍一訣之緊要，真乃玄空風水之靈魂。

最後一句“支兼幹出真龍貴，須從入首認其真”是言排龍亦有出卦不出卦之分及須用宅穴與入首相對位置進行量度。

如午丁之類，同陰無妨，若午丙陽陽不同，有不宜出卦太多超出卦3度中界線1.5度，超出者即陰差陽錯則不吉。更甚者丙巳兼線，龍神犯出卦大空亡，縱後天旺山旺向亦出大凶之難免。排龍為體，後天立向為用，體不吉，用必凶。此則千古不變之理。

至於陽宅排龍量度方法在先前以談及，是用宅之中心與水口相對位置進行量度。但排龍一訣在今運用卻十分困難，因現在高樓臨立，加上建築物型複雜，故排龍訣的應用便成為難題。替現在之房屋排龍，非得至房屋頂上，以上觀下之水口方位何在，然後用羅盤量度始是，若是建築物前有高樓所擋，則排龍必難，是故排龍的應用亦是一個難題之一。

依上文所述，可將排龍法則歸納如下

用羅盤測量宅之中心與對其影響最大水口的相對位置，經線所壓之字在人這邊即為來龍，在水口之方即為來水。

以來龍之對宮起破軍龍，依來龍之陰陽，以陽逆陰順的法則，按口訣中星曜的順序挨排，以五吉即右、左、貪、巨、武為用，舍七凶而不用。

即定所選五吉之宮位，又以宮位內二山，為向首，以建築物裝修入遷時立極，觀其後天星盤是否可以取用。若後天不吉亦不可用。若先天得五吉，而後天得旺山旺向是為先天後天陰陽相應，主發吉。

排龍亦有出卦不出卦於否，若排龍出卦則此宅必不可用，則不必觀其後天星盤及選龍立向，搬遷為上。

Arranging dragon has in/out Gua. Out Gua cannot use. No need conform to Star Chart to establish facing. Just relocate.

ARRANGING DRAGON SCRIPTS APPLICATIONS 排龍訣之應用

​雖得吉龍，但非吉龍必能發吉，此則又和天時有關，“楊公養老看雌雄”雌雄即陰陽，陰陽共同功用有旺與衰這二方面。此點即能用於後天星盤又可用于先天排龍。先天排龍之生旺休囚與後天有相同之處亦有不同之處。相同之處在於七運後天星盤內破軍為當令之星。而先天排龍破軍龍亦是當旺。若于七運排龍得破軍龍亦非全凶，因破軍龍生旺，但如果後天立向與形巒配合不佳，發凶難免。若排得破軍龍而後天立向旺山旺向，亦能發福。唯只能用一元運。至八運時必發凶災。

中州派所傳先天排龍可以按河圖關係對應取用。

如二、七運中二黑巨門龍與七赤破軍龍，皆可取用，因二七是河圖數。

一、六運中一白貪狼龍與六白武曲龍皆可用、

三、八運中左輔龍、祿存龍亦可。

四、九運內文曲龍或右弼龍皆可用。

故在七運中二黑巨門龍和七赤破軍可用。雖左輔龍，右弼龍、武曲。貪狼四吉龍用之未必會發福，因不得生旺故。

排龍訣的五行亦與宅形五行有關。具體是宜宅五行生龍，次為龍生宅，龍比宅，最不宜龍克宅，宅克龍，前者主敗財，後天主損丁。若相克可從坐山三宮內通過通關的五行來調整。排龍訣中龍之五行與後天略有不同，現將龍之五行列於下。

如得貪狼龍宜水形之宅，或木形宅，其次為火形宅。不宜金，土形宅，餘妨此推。 若排的之龍與向首向星相克，宜從向盤通關之神溝通以作補救。以上篇幅以把中州派排龍訣的起法及用法皆以詳盡述說。

ZhouZhong Pai handed down Early Heaven arranging dragon can use HeTu relationship in application.

Period 2-7, 2 black JuMen dragon 7 red PoJun dragon, both can be used. 2-7 is HeTu combination.

Period 1-6, 1 white TangLang dragon 6 white WuQu dragon, both can be used. 1-6 is HeTu combination.

Period 3-8, 3 jade LuChun dragon 8 white ZuoFu dragon, both can be used. 3-8 is HeTu combination.

Period 4-9, 4 green WenQu dragon 9 purple YouBi dragon, both can be used. 4-9 is HeTu combination.
 

For instance, period 7, 2 black JuMen dragon with 7 red PoJun can use, although ZuoFu, YouBi, WuQu, TangLang, 4 auspicious dragons usage is not necessary can bring abundance. It is because it cannot growth, prosperous this happen.
 
Arranging the dragon 5 elements has to do with the house’s 5 elemental forms. In a house’s 5 elements growth dragon means dragon grow house. Dragon associated to house, must not have dragon controls house. House controls dragon, the host wealth defeated, Later Heaven descendent affected. If mutually clash sitting mountain, 3 palaces within by means of 5 elements, and use as remedy. PaiLong Jue dragon is 5 elements. Later Heaven configurations are different. First use dragon 5 elements in descending order:
 
TangLang is wood,
JuMen is earth,
Luchun is earth,
WenQu is water,
LienZhen is fire,
WuQu is metal,
PoJun is metal,
ZuoFu is earth,
YouBi is earth.
 
If TangLang dragon, in water house forms, or wood house forms, then fire appearance have. Not suitable for metal, earth house forms. Have obstacles in these. If arrange the dragons facing incoming, facing star, mutually clashes, appropriately from facing plate to allow communication with gods as remedy. The abovesaid, had ZhouZhong Pai arranging the dragon method and application duly explained.

THE THIRD SCRIPT

RECEIVING YIN PUSHING SHA SCRIPT 收山出煞訣

​中州派玄空所傳最後一訣是收山同煞訣，此訣與沈氏玄空學所記載不同，按中州派所傳此訣之用來定宅穴之形式，或開抑，或收斂。
訣雲：

​ZHONGzHOU Pai XuanKong last transmission is receiving Yin pushing Sha. It is different from Shen’s Flying Star School. According to ZhouZhong Pai school this script is to enable the establishment of the house Xue and its form, or opening or converge. The script says,

​四墓乙辛丁癸山，
艮坤寅申子午間。
出煞山頭一十四，
總宜傾瀉不宜攔。
餘外十山為收斂，
​須將生氣秘牢關。

4 graves Yi Xin Ding Gui mountains,
Gen, Kun Yin Shen Zi Wu betheen.
Pushing Sha mountain head first 14,
Always should downpour not suitable for recline.
Have outside 10 mountains means converging held back.
Must have ShengQi’s secret firm portal.

此訣意為二十四山中如立，醜、未、辰、戌、乙、辛、丁、癸、艮、坤、寅、申、子、午這十四個山向的住宅，其樓門或大門宜開暢。而不宜收斂。具體來說開門宜大，或閘旁邊有較多的玻璃窗等。于室內於門處不宜有所阻攔，如設屏風等。且門外地勢宜略低，此亦為合格。

乘餘十四為乾、巽、艮、坤、甲、丙、庚、壬、卯、酉這十個山向的住宅其形勢須保守，而不宜開暢，於開門不宜過大，且於門處宜設屏風以遮掩，用以藏氣。另此屋門外形勢不宜過低，低則宜是收山不盡。
​
收山出煞訣是說明二十四山的各自特性，或開揚或收藏，但若陽宅能收得旺氣吉氣，開揚或收藏皆可運用，筆者認為對於陽宅能收得旺氣吉氣，宜將陽宅向首設計成開揚而坐坐則設計成收山佈局，但具體判斷仍須看形巒而定。總之玄空之學運用綜旨即是形理兼顧之要旨。

This script tells us the idea of the 24 mountains within establish Chou Wei Chen Xu Yi Xin Ding Gui Gen Kun Yin Shen Zi Wu, this 14 mountains - facing for residence. The other 14 parts such as Qian Xun Gen Kun Jia Bing Geng Ren Mao You, these mountains facing of the residents has landforms undisclosed. Cannot see open spaces, have door cannot be big. Screen set up in front of door. Must store wind. Have terrain outside must not be too low. This is receiving Yin endlessly.
 
Receiving Yin pushing Sha is meant to say 24 mountains characteristic. Maybe open to the Yang or may be conversed and concealed. But Yang house can receive prosperous Qi, is auspicious Qi open to the Yang or conserved and concealed, both need to be used. The author believe that Yang house can receive prosperous Qi is auspicious Qi. Should allow Yang house to receive by opening up and sit to receive mountain arrangement. But must see landform to decide.
In brief, for XuanKong school usage, this is the gist of mainly landform. ​​
